Electronic records and signatures disclosure
This is the notice every signer reads and agrees to before signing on RigInk (version 2026-11-05.1). In the real notice, "the sender" is replaced by the name and email of the company that sent you the document.
Consent to use electronic records and signatures
the sender is sending you documents through RigInk. Before you continue, please read this notice.
1. Electronic records. By agreeing, you consent to receive, review and sign the documents in this request electronically, and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
2. Scope. This consent applies only to the documents in this signing request and the related notices from the sender.
3. Paper copies. You may ask the sender for a paper copy of any document at any time, free of charge, by contacting them at the email address in your signing invitation.
4. Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time before you finish signing by choosing "Decline to sign" or by contacting the sender. There is no fee or penalty for withdrawing. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal effect of documents you already signed. After you withdraw, the sender may need to send documents on paper.
5. Keeping your contact details current. Tell the sender if your email address changes so you continue to receive documents.
6. What you need. A device with a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox), an email account, and the ability to open PDF files. You will receive the completed document as a PDF by email, and you can download it again from your signing link for as long as the sender keeps the record. Please keep a copy.
7. Changes. If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from opening or keeping the documents, the sender will tell you, and you may withdraw your consent without any fee.
By ticking the box, you confirm that you can open this page and PDF documents on your device, and that you agree to use electronic records and signatures.
